By placing an order with ORA indie, you confirm that you have read and agreed to our Return Policy. We recommend checking the product details, size guide and return conditions carefully before purchasing.
All ORA indie orders are prepaid. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
Returns Window
- Return requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
- The product must be unworn, unwashed, unused and unaltered.
- All original tags, labels and packaging must be intact.
- No tags = No return.
- Products with makeup, stains, perfume/body odour, damage or signs of wear will not be accepted.
- All returns are subject to a quality inspection after reaching ORA indie.
- Approved returns will be issued as ORA indie Store Credit only.
- Store Credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
- ₹150 will be deducted from the return value towards reverse shipping and handling.
- Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
Sale Items
- Products purchased during a Sale, Clearance or marked Final Sale are not eligible for return.
- Store Credit, Gift Cards & Offers
- Store Credit/Gift Card and promotional discount or offer codes cannot be used together on the same order. Only one benefit may be applied per order.

Exchange Window
- Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
- Requests raised after 3 days will not be accepted.
Product Condition
To be eligible for exchange, the product must be:
- Unworn, unwashed and unused
- In its original condition and packaging
- Returned with all original tags and labels attached
- Free from stains, makeup, perfume/body odour, alterations or signs of wear
No tags = No exchange.
All exchanged products are subject to a quality inspection before approval.
Wrong Size
- Size exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- A ₹150 exchange shipping & handling fee will apply for size exchanges.
- Exchange can only be made for another available size of the same product.
- A product cannot be directly exchanged for a different style or product.
Wrong Item Received
If ORA indie sends you a product different from what you ordered:
- Raise the request within 3 days of delivery.
- Share clear photos/video of the product received.
- Once verified, we will arrange the exchange at no additional shipping cost to you.
Manufacturing Defect
If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect:
- Raise the request within 3 days of delivery.
- Clear photos/videos showing the defect must be provided with your request.
- Once verified and approved by our team, the product will be exchanged at no additional shipping cost.
Normal variations in colour due to screen settings, fit preferences or damage caused after wearing will not be considered manufacturing defects.
