Store Credit

HOW STORE CREDIT WORKS

· Approved returns are refunded as ORA Store Credit.
· Once your return passes our quality inspection, the eligible amount will be automatically credited to your ORA indie account.
· You will not receive a separate gift card or coupon code.
· Your available Store Credit balance will be visible directly in your ORA indie profile/account.
· Store Credit is valid for 6 months from the date it is issued.

USING YOUR STORE CREDIT

When placing your next order:

  1. Log in using the same account/mobile number or email linked to your Store Credit.
  2. Your available Store Credit balance will appear in your account.
  3. At checkout/payment, you will see an option to use your available Store Credit.
  4. Select the amount you would like to use towards your purchase.
  5. Any remaining order amount can be paid using the available prepaid payment methods.

Example:
Store Credit balance: ₹1,500
New order value: ₹2,000
Use ₹1,500 Store Credit + pay the remaining ₹500 through the available payment method.

If you use only part of your Store Credit, the remaining balance will stay in your ORA indie account until used or until its validity expires.

ORDER PROCESSING

· Orders are generally processed within 1–2 working days after successful payment.
· Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
· Processing may take slightly longer during new launches, sales, festive periods or high order volumes.
· Tracking details will be shared once your order has been dispatched.

FAILED DELIVERY & RETURN TO ORIGIN (RTO)

If an order is returned to ORA indie because of:

· Incorrect or incomplete address
· Incorrect contact details
· Customer being unavailable after delivery attempts
· Failure to respond to the courier partner
· Refusal to accept the parcel

The shipment will be considered Return to Origin (RTO).

· If you would like the order to be shipped again, applicable shipping charges must be paid again before redispatch.
· If delivery fails due to an error from ORA indie or our courier partner, you will not be charged for redispatch.

SHIPPING DELAYS

Delivery timelines are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

· Including severe weather
· Public holidays
· Festivals
· Transportation disruptions
· Government restrictions
· Courier delays
· Remote-location serviceability.

ORA indie will assist you in coordinating with the courier partner if your shipment is unusually delayed.

LOST OR UNDELIVERED ORDERS

· If your tracking has not updated for an unusually long period or your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact ORA indie Customer Support with your Order ID.
· We will investigate the shipment with our courier partner.
· If the parcel is officially confirmed as lost, ORA indie will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund after verification.
· Remote-location serviceability.

DAMAGED OR TAMPERED PACKAGES

· If your parcel appears opened, torn, damaged or tampered with, please take clear photographs and record an unboxing video.
· Photos and/or video evidence may be required for claims involving damaged, missing or incorrect products.

SHIPPING CHARGES & RETURNS

· Orders below ₹2,599: ₹99 Standard Shipping
· Orders ₹2,599 & above: FREE Standard Shipping
· Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.
· For an eligible customer-initiated return, a ₹150 reverse shipping and handling fee will be deducted from the return value.
· The ₹150 fee will not apply to verified manufacturing defects or incorrect products sent by ORA indie.

PIN CODE SERVICEABILITY

· ORA indie ships across India to locations serviceable by our courier partners.
· Shipping availability may vary depending on your pin code.
· If we are unable to deliver to your location after your order has been placed, our team will contact you to arrange an alternative solution or an applicable refund.
